This problem has me stumped. The problem happens when the user select to
print this one report from the reports menu form. When a user select this
one report I display the report on the screen first, I put a dialog box on
the screen prompting to create an HTML file, if the user presses Yes a HTML
is created and a message is displayed where the HTML file is located on the
hard drive. When the user pressed the Ok the preview report that was
displayed on the screen disappears and the user is not able to print a hard
copy of it. This happens even if the user doesn't create the HTML file. I
do exactly the same procedure with two other reports and when finished
creating the HTML file (or not) the report stays on the screen and the user
can select to print it. There is only one user that has this problem
everybody else it works fine. Does anybody have any idea what could be the
problem with this machine?
