Realignment of Containers After Expand-Collapse

The failure of data located below an expand/collapse section to realign
itself once the outline has been expanded and then "re-collapsed" requires a
lot of manual repositioning of data. Because the data doesn't automatically
realign, you have to manually go down and bring all the text that was pushed
down by the expand back where it belongs to avoid a huge blank space from
existing between the re-collapsed text and the text that follows it. A fix
on this would be great.
