Since you are using Outlook Express as your newsreader, it's easy to do
this. All you have to do is add more than one newsgroup name to the
"Newsgroups" field in your new message window. If you click the
Newsgroups button (just click the text), you will get a list of all the
newsgroups you've subscribed to, and you can add them that way.
While crossposting to several groups at once is better than
"multiposting" (posting the same message to several groups separately),
it's still best to post just to a very few relevant groups. If you
don't get any responses after a reasonable amount of time (say, several
days or a week), you could always repost to other groups later, and say
that you already tried the first list of groups but got no answer.
