Rearrange Ribbons in Access 2007

I am looking for away to rearrange the ribbon groups around. The setup that
Access 2007 has as a default is unacceptable. I need to move the ribbons
around.

You can create your own custom ribbon.

Close, but not quite what I am looking for VERY CLOSE. I would like to
simple move the current tab's ribbons around. I don't like Rich Text being
in the middle of my information, so I would like to move it too the far right.

Jerry provided the solution ... don't rely on the built in ribbons, 'roll
your own'.
