for some reason I was unable to open up an excel
spreadsheet that was sent to me as an attachment to an
email. When I attempted to open it, I got: Error-Reason
31. I discovered that the worksheet was somehow saved in
Hypertext, but shouldn't I still have been able to open
it.In order to do so I had to save the Hypertext file to
my hard-drive and then save it again as an excel file--in
this way I opened it up as a spreadsheet but why wouldn't
it open before?
