Reasons to Upgrade from 2002 to 2003

Could some of you please share with me good reasons to upgrade and/or any
reasons not to.

Dean:

The 2003 version performs better, and is much more stable. It also has
additional features and is better supported.

Project site, could you point me in the right direction?
