Rebooting causes Word 2003 to lose settings

Using Office 2003 on W2k professional on W2K server. User
is set up for roaming profile. Every time he reboots his
computer, all his Word settings default back; he loses his
personal fonts. Since he uses Word as email editor, he
loses his email signature as well. Others have roaming
profiles under the same setup and are not experiencing this
problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Change the defualt setting under his profile.
or
Run a repair on the users profile
or
Delete the user all together and recreat the user and
profile
