Although I haven't downloaded the beta (I prefer my only computer to
continue running without hassles), my understanding is that there is an
option to keep older software or overwrite it. Chances are you overwrote it
otherwise you would have to have told the program where to install itself.
You're in for a reinstall - hope you have the CDs and the product ID.
