Rebuild the RBS

The timesheet approval process using the RBS is not working. It stopped
after we made a modification. Should I delete the current RBS and start from
scratch again. If so, what is the best way to delete the RBS.

Did you make a backup of your Global Template. I make a backup of my global
everytime I make changes just in case I mess something up I can restore it to
what it was before I made the changes.

Under the menu Tools>Enterprise Options>Backup Enterprise Global
And the restore option is also in the same menu too.
