recalculate customized fields(by NASA's report)

Hi,

I wish Project 2002 Pro Server also can provide such
feature for A/E/C idnustry.

Resource completion status of "Primavera" and "Welcom
OpenPlan"
can be either

1. a manually-reported value,
2. independent of the task duration,
3. or a percent-complete value automatically calculated
from the remaining task duration.

But MS Project only provide the third calculation.
My Boss want me to customize the first and second features
in MS Pro 2002 server. Is it possible ?
