I recalculated hyperlinks on a small website and everything worked fine
except the protected dwt became unprotected.
In both instances the option under Format/Dynamic Web Template/Update
Selected page was grayed out.
The only option available was attach Dynamic Web Template. I tried that on
one of the pages and I had duplicated information from the dwt, one protected
and one unprotected.
1. Why did that happen in the first place?
2. If it happens again, what is the correct method of re-attaching the
Dynamic Web Template?
