recall a email

If I want to recall a message but I am on a different
server how do I do this?
If I selected "Make a sent message unavailable after a
specified date" will this make the message unavailable
after the date I choose if they haven't opened it?

No - and message recall only works one out of 10,000 times, one might say -
it requires Exchange server and even then a very specific set of
circumstances....
