Are you asking how to do it? To recall a message, both sender and recipient
must have their mailboxes onthe same Exchange server. Moreover, the
recipient cannot have opened the message yet. Finally, you must keep copies
of your sent messages in Sent Items. If thos conditions are met, you can
open the message in Sent Items and click Actions>Recall this Message. If
you're lucky, it will work.
Otherwise, you can't.
