I have a user who accidentally clicked on "Recall This Message". We are
using Office XP but on a Linux server so that functionality wouldn't work on
the best of days. Unfortunately the recipient of the original email (who is
on a .net server with Office 2K) keeps getting the recall failure notice as
does our user. I thought a reboot and rest over the weekend would cancel
this aberrant communication loop. It did not.
Any suggestions?
