Recalling an E-mail not meant to go out

Is there anyway to delete an e-mail that should not have
gone out? One of the employees at our company sent out
an e-mail to "all Users" that contains private
information that should not be addressed in an e-mail.
Please help!

Recalling won't work. If you are working in a Microsoft Exchange
environment, take a look at Exmerge. I believe you should be able to set a
time and subject filter and be able to rip that message out of all
mailboxes.

Depending on which version of Outlook you are using. Go to the "sent"
folder in Outlook and find the sent message. Open it back up and choose the
"Actions" tab. There you will find a "Recall Message" option. Click it.
Granted this only works if the message has not been pulled from the Mail
Server I believe. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

The feature rarely works even if it the client hasn't accessed and it is
sitting in the inbox.
