My recipients names do not show up when I try to print labels in mail merge
using Windows XP Professional. My steps are 1) check labels, 2) pick label
option,
3)select recipients (my datasource is an Excel list), 4)arrange labels
5)preview labels - here is where my trouble starts. Nothing show up on the
preview. What am I doing wrong?
