I have the Receipt Requested column included in my Outlook 2003 client, and
for most people I can see whether or not they request reciepts from the Yes
or No flags. I have noticed, however, that some clever folks have managed to
somehow disable this flag so that I can't tell whether or not a message has a
receipt requested or not. How can you configure Outlook so that others can't
tell whether messages you send have request receipt applied to them?
