My read receipts are not processing predictably. It worked fine -- receipts
processed automatically and were moved to a Read Receipts folder -- the
suddenly one day it didn't. Read receipts stay unread. Sometimes they are
moved to the Deleted folder, sometimes to the Read Receipts folder, sometimes
they stay in the Inbox. Any suggestions on how to approach this?
