receive e-mail

As soon as outlook tries to get mail into the inbox, I
receive this error message:
Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x80004005) : 'The
operation failed.
I can send messages, I can see them on the webmail, but I
can't get them into my inbox.

I am using Outlook 2002 and SP 3, OS is Windows XP. All
other users have no problems with Outlook and getting
mail.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
