receive garbled text

Hi, recently I met with this problem after upgrading my OS from XP to Vista.
This has never occurred when my OS was XP. At first, I received garbled text
from a specific sender who is actually sending me image attachments. Right
now, emails from a few other senders are received as garbled text at my side
as well. Kindly advise what settings can be changed for my Outlook. I am
using Outlook 2003.

Are you receiving this message via a Bcc?

It's a bug in OL 2007. I've reported it to Microsoft, but don't know
when it will be fixed.

Sorry, I meant a bug in OL 2003 when on Vista. If the message is Bcc'd, OL
2003 on Vista doesn't correctly interpret the headers and doesn't decode the
message.

I've not heard of the problem when the recipient is in the To field.
