Receive Mail format

I use Outlook. Mail on my desktop opens with HTML format. The same mail on
my laptop opens without it. Both computers previously opened with HTML, and
I want them to do so again. I assume I inadvertently changed a setting
somewhere on the laptop, but I can't find it.

Outlook versions? Do you scan incoming mail with an antivirus program on the
failing PC?
