Receive only unread messages??

Hi

Just wondering is there any way to setup Outlook to download only unread messages from my POP account? I've looked all over but havent found anything

I tried using the IMAP option as well, but while it downloads the messages outlook freezes, I therefore prefer to keep a copy of all messages in the pop box for web access when traveling

Any help greatly appreciated!
