Received e-mail copied and posted to a website... how?

I've seen website where e-mail that has been received has been posted directly onto a website. It looks like they took a picture of their screen with the e-mail open and then uploaded it to their website. How do I do that

Thanks

CTRL|PrintScreen will copy your screen display to your ClipBoard. You can
then open Paint or any other Image editor, and paste the clipboard image
into a new image, and edit out the rest of the screen. Save it as a gif,
import it into your web site, add it to a page, and you're done.
