Received: from <IP> address in header

When sending from Entourage (2004, v11.3.3) through Exchange (2003
SP2), the SMTP headers include an additional header from the Enoturage
client:

Received: from 192.168.1.2 ([192.168.1.2]) by exchange.example.com
([192.168.2.100]) with Microsoft Exchange Server HTTP-DAV

SpamAssassin will give a message bearing this header a positive score
on the RCVD_NUMERIC_HELO rule because a Received header should be the
FQDN of the sending machine. Other antispam systems are likely doing
something similar.

I've tried adding the Mac's IP address/hostname to its own /etc/hosts
file and restarting lookupd and Entourage, no dice. Still sends as an
IP.

The Mac client in question has a static address and it's hostname and
reverse (PTR) are known in the internal DNS. I'm not even sure if
this is a client (Entourage) problem or if Exchange is messing up.

Somebody previously posted a message about this in January but
received no response:
"The issue is that the mail coming from Entourage has an additional
"Recieved: from...." header that shows our office IP address and no
resolved name. Spam Assassin is giving us points for responding to
HELO
with a number and not a name."

Any ideas?
