Received Mail Font Colours

When one of my users receives mail that has coloured font in the body of the
text i.e. the cat sat, the coloured font dosent show when viewing the email,
it only shows a black font.

Could anyone tell me if this is to do with a rule or is it to do with text
formatting?

Any help would be appriciated
