I have a rather pertiment problem which the Dutch Outlook forum people
can't give a solution.
I have seven own email accounts stored in Outlook
The problem is with my business and private account
When I receive a message through my biz account from a client/
customer, I want to answer that customer through my biz emailaccount
(ofcourse).
Sometimes that doesn't happen and the reply is sent with my private
account.
Which is not very professional.
Same thing happens the other way arround. Then a friend answers my
bizaccount and gets in the wrong folder.
Naturally I can always check the button 'Accounts' in the upper left
side of the message editing window under the send (sent?) button and
click the right emailaccount, but I'm afraid I'm a bit to clumsy to
remember and repeat it all the time.
My private email account is my main account from my internetprovider.
My biz account is from another domain (and other server) but uses the
same username, password, and incoming and outgoing mail servers. That
all works out fine except for the reply problem.
Ther is regrettably not a rule saying that messages received by one
emailaccount should by replied by that same emailaccount.
The question is: is there a way to make sure that such an action as
mentioned in the rule really happens? All the time
can't give a solution.
