In the U.S. daylight savings time started earlier, so while you may have changed the local clock the apps don't necessarily see that
as Daylight savings time and may 'change' again at the start of regular daylight savings time in April. You may want to check that
you've intalled the daylight savings time for 2007 Windows and Office/Outlook updates from

sent time is fine... have checked system clocks ...can see no obvious
