Receiving an installation error message when opening excel

I've been trying to open Excel and I receive a message that :

Installation Error: File not found
A required instaltion file SKU011.CAB could not be found
Original Installation Source reguired:
etc...

I don't understand why this is happening as excel was working perfectly the
last time I opened it. And it seems as if my other office programs i.e. Word
are opening up fine. I tried inserting the orignal CD that came with my
computer but that doesnt seem to work either. Please help someone!

u probably opted to delete all office 2003 setup files after u finished
installing.
try this:
explore ur office 2003 CD
make sure u have show hidden system files options on so u see those files ...
copy all the .cab files that r in the office directory to the
Drive:\MSOcache folder ... and try again
