Receiving copies of same mail

Hi,

I keep receiving copies of all mails that I receive on MS Outlook. At first I thought it could be due to server time-out and reconnection that caused the problem but it is funny that I am the only person in my office to have the problem and it is a daily issue. My IT guy also can't diagnose why this keeps recurring.

Please advice.

Need more info please:

Version of Outlook
Email environment (POP3, Exchange, IMAP, etc.)
PST in use?
AV scanning incoming/outgoing mail?
Is the Windows firewall turned on? Does it allow Outlook.exe?

The info requested as below:

Version of Outlook: MS Office 2003 SP2
Email environment (POP3, Exchange, IMAP, etc): POP3
PST in use? - Yes
AV scanning incoming/outgoing mail? - Changed to Auto Protect on Norton
Is the Windows firewall turned on? Does it allow Outlook.exe? - Firewall turned on and it allows Outlook.exe

Hope these info can enable you to advice on a solution
