Receiving domain keys emails causing garble in Outlook 2003

Dusty

We are having trouble with one laptop running OUTLOOK 2003 with Windows XP.
Specifically all incoming emails that have Domain Keys signed in the header
are garbled if:
They have an attachment (whether the email is plain text, rich text or
Html); OR
The email has NO attachment but is Rich Text

Plain text and Html emails with DK signed but without attachment come
through fine.

Our second laptop receives ALL of the above emails just fine, without
garbles. Both laptops run OL 2003 / W XP SP2 and both have been updated to
the same (latest) levels.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
