receiving double e.mails

In my inbox in Outlook everytime I get an e.mail there is always 2 of the
same e.mail coming through-Can anyone help me with this Please?

What version of Outlook are you using? Sounds like you may have duplicate
accounts pulling e-mail from your mailbox. Or perhaps a misconfigured rule
that is duping your received messages?
