Receiving e-mail from form

Lets see.......
My crystal ball says......... Make sure the email address is one associated
with your domain.
That is [email protected]

When received the email "From" address will always display as your mail
server address.

If you want to be able to click Reply and send an email back, create a form
field for the email address in your form so the user can enter it. Then
right click the form, select form properties and set the Reply to address as
the form filed for the email.

Make sure the form mail handler is set up on your server.

That about covers it.
