receiving e-mail messages multiple times

Using Outlook e-mail, I rteceive the same old messages still on the ISP's
server multiple times. This does not happen using Outlook Express. My ISP
thinkd it is a bug in Outlook but my wife uses the same version of Outlook
and she doesn't have this problem

What version of Outlook do you have? If Outlook 2002, see if
