receiving e-mail on new computer

Susan

I was just given a different computer to use at the office. I set up the mail preferences but I can oly receive my mail on my old computer. Both are set up the same way. POP and Exchange. Any ideas?
Thanks

What version of Outlook do you have? Do you get any error messages? Are
you using POP3 to connect to Exchange, or do you have both POP3 and Exchange
accounts?

I have OulooK 2002 ( I had 97) There is no error message - my inbox is empty. I have people send me Exchange Server mail and internet mail and it arrives on the other computer. I can SEND both types of mail.
I have tried turning the old box off (thinking I should be logged on only once) and just using this one but I do not receive any mail that way either.

Can you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
the OPMLog.log file after you've done a send/receive that should have
received a message?
