Receiving email problems

Everytime I receive an email, Outlook encounters a problem and has to
restart. Can anyone help? I was using 2003, now have 2007 and the same
problem exists.

Any actual text to the error message?

Anything listed in the Event Viewer logs at the time of the crash?

Tried yet to start Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe")? If
safe mode works, you have a plug-in that loads when Outlook starts that
is farking up.

No, the only thing that it states in the window that asks to send an error
report to Microsoft or not, and that it has encountered a problem and will
shut down. It has a box to check, that will restart and the problem is that
when it restarts, it just keeps closing as it's trying to receive the same
message over and over again. How do I start Outlook in "Safe Mode"?
