I also am having a problem receiving. I purchased the new laptop August 2004
with Windows XP and Office 2003. Outlook had preformed just fine until
November and I no longer could receive. After many hours on the phone with
Dell they could not dtermine why. When I started using Outlook Express I was
able to receive. I do not want to use Express and do not understand why
Outlook quit receiving. I can send fine. I have another computer on the
network accessing the same ISP via cable modem that is using MS 2000
profession and Office 2000 Professional that works fine so it is not my ISP.
