Hello!
I was wondering if anyone could help i have just set up a website and have
three differing contact e-mails, and was wondering if it is possible to
receiev the mail for these into separate pst. files in outlook 2003. I have
set up the three different pst files for each of the e-mail accounts but
outlook will not allow me to designate a specific pst file for each of the
e-mail accounts, does anyone know of a way around this?
Many thanks in advance

Either use rules to sort the messages into the folders you want or create a
separate profile for each account.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have any links for doing this (using rules in
this context) as i've tried searching in google and had no joy.
Many thanks agin for your time and help,

Outlook's own Help might be a good place to start. I find the Rules and
Alerts wizard to be relatively straight-forward. For example:

Click Tools>Rules and Alerts>New Rule>Start from a blank rule>Next. Check
the "through the specified account" or the "with specific words in the
recipient's address" box. In the lower pane, click the word "specified" or
the words "specific words" (as appropriate). You should be able to figure
out the rest from there.
