receiving from multiple accounts

I have just added a new email account to Outlook. It appears to work OK
(send successfully but doesn't receive although progress indicates all ok).
I know mail is waiting to be delivered as I can see this vai both webmail and
mailwasher. Any ideas?

What version of Outlook do you have? Could you turn on diagnostic logging
(see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and
post the OPMLog.log file after trying to receive?

Thanks for the reply Jeff. It appears that the problem lay in the way my ISP
configures subordinate email accounts. Problem resolved.

How did you resolve it? I'm having the same problem on my new XP machine
with Outlook 2000. Can send and receive fine on my "main" account and
profile, but the subordinate accounts/profiles can only send mail but not
receive.
