I user magnetMail to send HTML messages out to users. To perform a test I
user my machine and my coworker's machine. Same message is sent to both of us
from internet. We both have Outlook 2003 with exactly same configuration. I
do not receive HTML message but plan text message with HTML attached to it.
But coworker gets it in HTML. I verified that all options under
Tools>Options> Security>Change Automatic Download Settings>All optioins in
this window are unchecked. "Read all standard mail in plain text" under Email
options is also unchecked. I updated my Outlook client but still no luck.
Some users are receiving messages as HTML and some as plain text. But message
is sent in both format for sure. Any clues will be highly appreciated. Thaks
