Receiving incoming messages multiple times

Dear friends,

Whenever my inbox performs the send/receive action, the older emails come in
as new ones. This used to happen a few weeks ago for a day, it stopped, but
now it's been three days it keeps on going. I have Outlook 2002. I installed
SP3 but this didn't solve the problem.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

obtain the hotfix described in KB [number] and they should fix you right
