receiving junk mail addressed to someone else

In the past two weeks I have been receiving junk email
addressed to "[email protected]"
and "[email protected]". The only thing in
common are the first 5 characters. I can not find these
messages in my earthlink account, just from Outlook. Is
this a flaw in outlook?

Spammers use a lot of tricks nowdays.
