I'm connected to an exchange server and running outlook
2003. It seems to treat the mailbox like an offline
folder. You have to press send/receive to get email or
wait until it does it automatically every minute or two.
I noticed the first time I open outlook it said "creating
local copy of inbox" and proceeded to download all the
messages. I also noticed when I added a secondary mailbox
to my profile, emails were instantly received on that
mailbox.
I don't want to use this as an offline folder. Is there a
way to change this?
