Receiving mail without the "To:" field

J

Jorge Almeida

Hello!

I have this strange problem: suddenly, everyone started to receive
e-mail messages without any information in the "To" field. Internal
messages work fine, but external messages have this problem. The
Exchange Server is on a SBS2003 with all updates.

Can anyone help me?

Ok, try this:

Shut down Outlook.
Fire up hotmail/gmail and send yourself a message.
Fire up OWA.

Do you see information in the To field? If you do, fire up Outlook in safe
mode (start - run - Outlook /safe) and see if the data is there.
If you don't, and mail is going direct to your server, either the microsoft.public.exchange.general
newsgroup or the microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs newsgroup. If you're
using the POP3 connector, the latter newsgroup.
