Following are headers from an email that displays in plain
text.
There is also an HTML attachment that is what I should
see.
It looks like Outlook to Outlook so it shouldn't be 3rd
party weirdness.
What am I doing wrong? How do I get emails like these to
display in HTML?
My Outlook is "Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6626) SP3".

P.S. I've replaced all personally identifiable values with
the values in {braces}; there were good values there
originally.
