receiving msgs w/ "on behalf of"

User has Win2k, Outlook 2002. After installing and then uninstalling a 3rd
party plug-in, messages rec'd from IMAP mail server to the user's inbox say
in the from field, "on behalf of" and the senders name. The message body is
not displayed. We are not using an Exchange Server.

Any ideas on how to fix?
