We're an Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003 shop. We have some departmental
mailboxes shared with users outside the dept. as well as with users inside
the dept. Messages received in the departmental mailboxes are sometimes
marked Private by senders outside our organization. We have granted
delegates within the departments the View Private Items permission as well as
Send on Behalf permission. Is there a way to grant the View Private Items
permission to users outside the departments without also giving them Send on
Behalf? is there a way to grant View Private Items on mail folders other than
Inbox?
