I'm having difficulty receiving my [email protected] e-mails in my
Entourage account. It worked fine until recently. Now I get dialog box that
says : "The server for account "MSN IN Box" returned the error "command
Failed" your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would
you like to try re-entering your password?
Re-entering the password doesn't seem to help.
I also received messages that "Unable to establish a secure connection to
pop3.live.com because teh correct root certificate is not installed.
How do I correct this situation?
