The same message keeps arriving in my inbox every time there is a receive/send. So far that has happened with three different messages. One other user in my organization has had a similar experience. We both have our accounts set to leave a message on the server for 4 and 5 days, respectively. One message even remained on the server after the scheduled retention time had expired and I continued to receive it. It appears on the server only once. Once it has been manually deleted from the server, it will stop arriving in the inbox at every send/receive. Why is this happening and how can I prevent it?
