I have both English and Hebrew on my XP computer. I can work in Hebrew
in all of MS Office XP, and can even type Hebrew text in to an email
message I am writing. However, when someone sends me an email in
Hebrew, the Hebrew shows up just as question marks.
I saw options for setting outgoing mail features. How to I get Outlook
to receive multiple languages properly?
