Okay, 2 of our office computers are doing this same thing. Open Office
Outlook 2003 and send/receive...it either starts downloading several hundred
old messages, or we get error 0x8004210E mailbox is temp unavailable because
another e-mail is being delivered to it or another mail application is
accessing it. The server responded -ERR [IN USE] failed to lock or parse or
multiple access. We are set up with Office Outlook 2003, no anti-virus email
scanning.
